Refund policy

Refunds:

Canceling Order Before Shipment - If an order is canceled before it has been shipped, full refunds can be issued.

Canceling Order After Shipment - If an order is canceled after it has been shipped but before it was opened by customer, you will still be responsible for any freight/shipping charges incurred including original shipping charges, change fee, and return fee, etc.

Once the equipment has been opened it is not refundable.

 

Returns:

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Manufacturer of equipment sold by dealer

CAS, Cardinal Detecto, Easy Weight, Torrey Scale, USA Measurements all maintain a one year warranty on all equipment sold but none of the equipment can be returned. It can only be repaired under warranty 1 year from day of purchase.

 

• All returns for repair must refer
to the RA# supplied. RA Forms must be filled out
completely and included with your return shipment. For RA Service, shipment to CAS Manufacturer is paid by customer. Shipment back to customer from CAS is paid for by CAS manufacturer.
